Funny Mom Memes | Things I’ve Never Told My Mother, but which i would like to

Things I’ve Never Told My Mother, but which i would like to

Whether we like it or not, our Mummas were always right. They knew what was best for us, and even though we teased them for their fashion and orthodoxy, we couldn’t live without their dosas and paneer bhurjis.
We all have this weird love-hate relationship with our moms and we’re all trying to bridge the communication gap between us and them. It’s only with time that we realize that she’s right. When we’re 8 years old, we want to jump off the swings head first.

When we’re 13, we want to go out on a blind date with a boy. We all do dumb things all the time and our moms have been the ones to save us time and time again.
Mom, here’s a list of things I wish I could tell you –
I wish you were there for me more
I really wish you were there to understand me when I was going through puberty, in a new schooling environment, or struggling at school. The Indian education system is based on memorizing, shaming and punishment. I wish you were there for me more often and not just a parental figure. I needed you most when I didn’t know which friends were true, and which weren’t.

I’m so proud of you

You made an awesome creature like me become successful, happy and alive! You are such an amazing person and I wish I could tell you all this in person. Real life doesn’t match up to our expectations and you taught us to always be practical and headstrong. I still have behaviours that I learned from you years ago. I can’t help but be proud of you.
I want to tell you all my secrets
I really want to tell you all my secrets, but I’m not sure if you’d understand. Still, I think it would be a cool thing to have a mother cum friend in our live. We know how much you’ve helped us be more independent and headstrong, and we wish we could tell you ALLLLL our secrets!!

Being a mother is hard!

When we were young, we thought we’d become better mothers than our mothers. Now that we have kids of our own, we don’t know what to do with them. They don’t come with a manual and cry every 2 hours. Seriously, what would we do without our mothers guiding and helping us along the way? We’d be completely lost! Thanks Mum for always being there.

You deserve a vacation

With the amount of work that you’re doing all the time, you need a break. A long vacation and a break from all the noise and problems of the family. You’ve worked so hard all your life and you never make excuses. Seriously, how do you do it? We’re so jealous of that ability and all mothers just keep going on without disrupting the family’s flow.
